Tammy has been practicing Reiki for just over 13 years. She has studied with various renowned Reiki teachers and continues to expand upon her Reiki knowledge and personal daily practice.

Tammy refers to Reiki as a lifestyle because Reiki can quickly shift your life from the ordinary to the extraordinary and begin to inform how you move through your days.

Tammy holds certificates in various forms of Reiki and after much contemplation and practice she found that Usui Reiki Ryoho was the purest, direct, most effective way to practice and teach this amazing healing modality. Reiki is perfect in it's elegance and simplicity. It is important to lose the idea of "doing Reiki" and realize your true self by "Being Reiki."
 
Tammy believes in teaching and giving treatments based on the individual. Being present and flexible in order to effectively provide the most transformative experience for her clients and students. Other lineages provided upon request.
